Some files were moved from deploy/ to root folder.

* Integration of drag-drop zone

Server had been returning number of affected rows minus one: either 0, or -1. This value is converted to bool (res == 0), and js displayed an error.

* Модифицировал роут, добавил новый тип history
* Новая хранимая процедура SQL для получения списка логов
* На данный момент выводится сырые данные, нужен интерфейс

* Moved some static methods to Factory model
* Removed unused param $teacherID
* Assertion checks moved to models
