* Update version in package.json
* Move apidoc config to external file
* Add gulp task for apidoc

* Add method api/v0/auth/login for getting info about user
* Add method api/v0/subject/listForStudentID for getting info about subjects in particular semester
* Add API documentation
* Add checking get params
* Add checking for user rights
* Add config for apidoc

Also, fix group splitting migration

-- remove gulp global install (need sudo)
-- add drop\create database
-- fix folder creation problem

Some files were moved from deploy/ to root folder.
