* Модифицировал роут, добавил новый тип history
* Новая хранимая процедура SQL для получения списка логов
* На данный момент выводится сырые данные, нужен интерфейс

Russian constants are moved to twig & RusLang modules.
Functions were renamed to Semesters::load($id) & Semesters::loadAll().
