* Update version in package.json
* Move apidoc config to external file
* Add gulp task for apidoc
* Fix auth/userinfo path

-- remove gulp global install (need sudo)
-- add drop\create database
-- fix folder creation problem

Some files were moved from deploy/ to root folder.

* Fixed config/* paths
* Removed `deploy.php` as redundant
* Removed `install` dir import at the index.php
* Stronger gitignore rules
